I was invited to contribute to a panel discussion titled ” From Azadi Bachao to Tiger Global & Beyond”. The timely panel discussion, curated by IFA India, traced the evolution of international tax jurisprudence and its future direction in the aftermath of the Tiger Global decision.

I was joined by Mr N. Venkataraman (Additional Solicitor General, Supreme Court of India) and Mr Philip Baker, KC, OBE (Field Court Tax Chambers), as we dissected the Tiger Global decision and discussed its ramifications for international tax jurisprudence.
