We are delighted to share that our Managing Partner, Mr. Mukesh . Butani has been invited to share his insights as a Panellist during the webinar on “Taxation of high net-worth individuals: current trends in selected jurisdictions”.
This session, being organized by the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers (SAM), will explore the latest trends regarding the taxation of high-net-worth individuals in selected jurisdictions (notably France, India, and the United Arab Emirates), which will then be compared with the Swiss landscape. The topic will be approached from a holistic perspective, with the panel balancing tax considerations with non-tax aspects. The situation of different types of taxpayers will also be considered. The session shall be chaired by the inimitable Prof. Dr. Robert J. DANON, and comprise fellow panellists such as Dr. Giammarco Cottani, LL.M, Prof. Daniel Gutmann, and Mr. Benjamin Malek.
