I was invited to the IBA New Era of Taxation Conference 2025, which was hosted by the International Bar Association in Milan.

The event discussed latest trends and approaches for resolving international tax disputes; practical response and experience with Pillar 2 in the M&A and joint venture(s) investment context; digital taxation and issues of source, taxing power and challenges with international coordination; transfer pricing updates; navigation through specific and general anti-avoidance rules in international structuring; and other current developments in financing, incentive, and repatriation regimes.

I shared my views as a Panellist during the session ‘Beyond Borders: Taxation in a market-based jurisdiction system’.
